Hi there, thanks for stopping by. I’m Ari and I’ve been a health and fitness enthusiast pretty much all my life. It started with acrobatics and inline skating in elementary school (thanks to a very dedicated teacher) and I’ve been hooked ever since. Over the years I’ve practised martial arts (Eskrima), ballet and I still love a skate or a run in the morning. I’m Level 3 Pilates and Barre qualified teacher through HFE and BarreConcept with years of online teaching experience as well as in several studios in London.
It’s my mission to help you get rid of any back aches and work towards a stronger, healthier body and posture. After all, our bodies are a reflection of the mind as well.
I started training Barre and Pilates back in 2016. Whilst Barre was fun, challenging and exhilarating, Pilates gave me the body control and balance I needed to improve. I worked through anatomy and physiology classes with HFE and later with BarreConcept, which has deepened my knowledge and passion about technique, alignment and posture. It is vital to me to understand how our muscles are connected in order to improve our bodies. It’s my mission to help you get rid of any back aches and work towards a stronger, healthier body and posture. After all, our bodies are a reflection of the mind as well. How tall and straight do you want to stand in your life? With a little bit of discipline, you will soon develop healthy habits and a confident, focussed mindset through regular strength and flexibility training.
